THE RESULTS:

See how I can help you replicate this success in Q4.

If you're heading into Q4 with strong products but inconsistent visibility, this is exactly the kind of gap BrightNest Studios closes: a joined-up strategy across social, email, influencer, and marketplace channels, built around a brand identity people actually remember. Let's talk about what this could look like for you.

Added 800 high-intent followers organically, building a loyal audience from scratch through relatable and humourous content.

17 Influencer partnerships expanded brand awareness in the parenting space growing from 5,000 to 15,000 followers within 2 months.

Email campaigns positioned the brand to 8,000 recipients, leading to a 12% open-rate lift and 5% increase in purchases.

Delivered 32% higher engagement and conversion rates, proving content can convert and connect.

If we can define and summarise this entire process in words, it would be:

The Challenge

Sweetpea Baby by Evolur, a trusted nursery furniture brand for growing families, had a product families genuinely loved, but almost no one was seeing it. Carousel ads were running and going largely ignored, and organic reach into the parenting community was flat. The brand had real ambitions: scale visibility on Amazon and Walmart, build a loyal social following, and turn awareness into actual sales. What it lacked was a strategy that connected those channels instead of treating them as separate boxes to tick. The content was competent but disconnected, nice-looking posts that weren't translating into followers, opens, or purchases.

The Approach

We started by defining a visual identity that felt authentically Sweetpea Baby: warm, family-first, a little playful, built around the everyday reality of parenting rather than polished stock-photo perfection. That identity became the thread running through every channel we touched: social content, email, influencer partnerships, paid ads, and the Amazon storefront, so a parent scrolling Instagram and a parent opening an email both recognised the same brand instantly.

Influencer marketing was where we took the most deliberate, test-driven approach. Rather than committing budget to a single creator partnership on instinct, we ran three separate influencer campaigns in parallel, tracking reach and engagement closely for each. One clearly outperformed the others, more than doubling reach within the brand's core parenting audience, and that insight shaped how we structured the seventeen influencer partnerships that followed. We also rebuilt key touchpoints, refreshing the website experience and tightening the Amazon storefront, so that once a new follower or email subscriber clicked through, the page they landed on matched the promise of the content that brought them there.

Email played a quieter but important role: rather than generic blasts, campaigns were built around the same warm, relatable tone as the social content, sent to a growing list of 8,000 recipients.

The Results

Over 60 days, the strategy delivered measurable movement across every channel:

  • 800 high-intent followers added organically, built from scratch through relatable, humour-led content that felt native to the platform rather than promotional.

  • 17 influencer partnerships that grew the brand's parenting-space following from 5,000 to 15,000, a 3x increase in two months.

  • Email campaigns to 8,000 recipients producing a 12% lift in open rates and a 5% increase in purchases.

  • A 32% overall uplift in engagement and conversion rate, proving that consistent, values-led content can build an audience and drive sales at the same time.

The bigger takeaway from this campaign is that none of these results came from one standout channel. They came from consistency across all of them. The same visual language and tone showed up whether a parent found Sweetpea Baby through an influencer reel, an email, a paid ad, or the Amazon storefront, and that consistency is what turned casual scrollers into a genuinely engaged, loyal audience.
